PCM Plan deals with the dominant planning methods for projects in development setting as well as private sector, covering Stakeholder analysis, logicalframe approach, indicators, resource allocation and budgeting, appraisal and proposal writing
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) 16 – 20 June 2008, Nairobi, Kenya
PCM M&E provides skills and tools to design a results-based monitoring system. The participants must be familiar with the logframe approach.
