Abstract
What are examples of data collection tools for evaluating advocacy?

This handbook of tools is a companion to ORS’ “A Guide To Measuring Advocacy And Policy”. The data collection tools included in the handbook have actually been used to evaluate advocacy or related efforts. The data collection instruments apply to six outcomes areas:

* Shifts in Social Norms;
* Strengthened Organizational Capacity;
* Strengthened Alliances;
* Strengthened Base of Support;
* Improved Policies; and
* Changes in Impact.

  2. I am really keen to access a copy of the “A guide to measuring Advocacy and Policy”. It will not fully download the PDF file (it downloads to page 6) on this website so would be really grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction to access the full file.

    Thank you,

  3. Hi Natalie
    I have just tried and succeeded in downloading a full copy of the guide. Perhaps you should try using a different computer and/or internet connection, to see if that makes a difference.
