I will be pleased to attend your course on PCM and PM&E. From what i have read on your website, it shows you have alot to offer. I am just about going into the aspect of project/programme management by virtue of my position as the secretary of the institute research committee.

I am an expert in monitoring and evaluation having worked in this field for many years and in different countries. I am also a trainer on M&E and I have trained senior government officials as well as program managers.
I am interested in knowing if I can join your team of trainers. I am currently based in Nairobi, Kenya and I travel to Juba, Southern Sudan frequently.

I am working in Burundi on monitoring and evaluation tools, the objective is to have a clear perception on what impact we have on beneficiaries on the field.
The programs are Emergency, early recovery programs; my question is: do you have any tools that have been used successfully in African countries?
Best regards
Matteo
