I have found the works being carried out by third world nations towards development of poor lots are neither properly implemented, nor are yielding the desired returns and so are having minimal impacts. The present monitoring and evaluation mechanisms also are quite in-adequate to substantially list the causal-effects the different measures taken should have.
    In this perspective, an approach for design of proper evaluation system and effective monitoring would go a long way to find out the right actions which are effective, efficient and least burdensome on exchequers.

    Hence kindly make me available your course outline for 2011
