Content: Get first practice in and insights about the use of common kinds of web-based tools; learn about different processes to discuss, decide or exchange ideas online; get lots of practical hints for the planning and facilitating of online communication and collaboration; get some basic hints about the facilitation of online discussions (real-time and asynchronous)
