I am very much interested to attend the Impact Evaluation of Population, Health and Nutrition program in Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi from October 5 16, 2009.I believe the content of the workshop will help to build my capacity in order to improve planning and program evaluation. I would therefore request your good office to offer me the MEASURE Evaluation fellowship, if possible. Berhanu G.
