I need to update my horizon on monitoring and evaluation actities on HIV/AIDS program but financially incapacitated. How do i get scholarships so as to be able to attend especially the forth coming one in July 12-23, 2010 and October 6-8th, 2010. I will be grateful if this concern is given a positive solutions.
