Sir / Madam

This is an excellent opportunity for all practitioners of monitoring and evaluation in different sectors and fields. I am working with CRY - Child Rights and You, a non-governmental organization working across 18 states of India to support more than 200 initiatives that work to touch the lives of nearly 7 lack children to ensure child rights for all. We follow a detailed and elaborate monitoring and evaluation process that is participatory in nature, ensures engagement of both CRY and partner team members and also ensures collection of adequate data from the grassroot level to enable appropriate reflection of the work being undertaken by the partners to fulfill the overall objective of ensuring child rights for all.

In the context of the Pan African Monitoring and Evaluation Conference being held at Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa from 27 - 31 July 09, we would like to understand whether there is any scope of our interface with this body with a view to enable exchange of knowledge on monitoring and evaluation of public welfare programmes and child development initiatives at a cross continent level.

Thanking you

Sincerely
Subhrajit Sinha
Sr Manager - Planning & Development Support
